Break Out is a Woman/Veteran/LGBTQ+-Owned tie dye store with a focus on one-of-a-kind designs, just like us. Tie dye started as a fun experiment… but it quickly became something much more personal for me.

As a mental health advocate living with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, I spent a long time feeling stuck inside a version of myself that stayed small, quiet, and invisible. Dark colors. Plain everything. Never wanting to stand out too much.

Then one day, I put on a shirt I made myself… and for the first time in a long time, I actually liked what I saw.

Creating became an outlet. A release. A way to express parts of myself I had been holding back for years. What started as tie dye slowly turned into confidence, creativity, individuality, and healing.

That’s where Break Out was born. To me, Break Out means stepping outside the box you’ve been trapped in — whether that box was created by fear, self-doubt, pain, expectations, or the belief that you had to hide who you really are.

But Break Out is more than a clothing brand — it's a community. A space for people who are done playing small, done hiding, and ready to show up fully as themselves. Whether you're on your own healing journey, celebrating who you are, or just love a good tie-dye — you belong here.

Every piece I create is hand-dyed with energy, intention, and love. My hope is that when you wear one of my shirts, you feel confident, empowered, expressive, and fully and unapologetically yourself. Or maybe you simply fall in love with the colors and design — and that’s perfectly okay too ❤️
